I think today’s Kindle breakage is most sad because just last night I had the though ‘oh, I could SO BUY The Fault in Our Stars for my kindle tomorrow and read it again, because even though my signed copy is on the other side of the world, the kindle will save me.’
And now, all I can read is the bottom third of the screen.
WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH

I gave my copy of Alaska (with all my notes and highlights in it) to my friend as a thank you present for letting me stay with him in Sweden. As far as I can tell he loved it.
But that left me favourite book-less. I finally found a copy in Clapham today. So now Pudge is back in my possession (is that creepy…?)
Instead. I bought a cardigan, a sweater, a purse, some nail polish and a salad.
Why?
BECAUSE BORDER’S IN AUSTRALIA HAS NEVER HEARD OF JOHN GREEN.
Well that’s technically not true, because I found Paper Towns at a different Border’s about a week ago. And the online store has heard of him. And the computer catalog said the one I was at had ONE copy of ‘Will Grayson, Will Grayson’ in store. But it was not there. Nor were there any Maureen Johnson books.
I want to say ‘Border’s Australia, I hate you and I hope you close down all of your stores’ but I’d be lying.
I do hate it, hence this rant, but if they close down here, where will I get books? They’ve taken of Angus & Robertson, so they’d close down too. Which leaves Dymocks. Which has very little books.
*sigh* I miss Barnes and Noble.
